What Gets Deleted
Upon processing your request, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Firebase account — your anonymous or Google-linked authentication record
- Game progress — coin balance, bet history, and session statistics
- Progression data — world/level progress, streaks, and mission history
- Ad reward history — records of rewarded ad views and earnings
- Cloud backups — all Firestore documents associated with your account
- Push notification tokens — FCM registration for your device
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, your game progress, coin balance, and all associated data cannot be recovered — even if you reinstall the app.
How to Submit a Request
Send an email to dev@kwesteo.com with the following information:
- The Google account email linked to your Slots Adventure account (if applicable)
- Any other details that help us identify your account (e.g., device model, approximate date you started playing)
If you play with an anonymous account (no Google sign-in), please include as much identifying information as possible. You can find your account details in the app under Profile.
What Happens Next
We acknowledge your request
Within 3 business days of receiving your email.
Your data is removed
All account data is permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.
You receive confirmation
We'll send a final email confirming your data has been deleted.
