1. Nature of the Game
1.1 Simulated Gambling
Slots Adventure is a simulated slot machine game designed purely for entertainment. NO REAL MONEY is wagered, won, or lost during gameplay. All coins, credits, and virtual currency within the App have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency, goods, or services.
1.2 Not Real Gambling
This App does not constitute real gambling. It does not offer any opportunity to win real money or prizes. Playing this game does not imply or guarantee success at real-money gambling. The outcomes of spins are determined by a random number generator for entertainment purposes only.
2. Virtual Currency
2.1 Coins
The App uses virtual coins as in-game currency. Coins are earned through gameplay, watching advertisements, daily rewards, and progression bonuses. Coins have no cash value and exist solely within the App.
2.2 No Purchase or Sale
Virtual coins cannot be purchased with real money, sold, traded, or transferred to other users or platforms. Any attempt to buy, sell, or trade virtual coins outside the App is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
2.3 Coin Grants
We reserve the right to adjust coin balances, reward amounts, and economic parameters at any time to maintain game balance and fairness.
3. Advertising
3.1 Ad-Supported Model
Slots Adventure is a free, ad-supported application. You may encounter banner ads during gameplay and have the option to watch rewarded video ads for bonus coins.
3.2 Ad Limits
To protect your experience, we enforce daily limits on rewarded ads (maximum 10 per day) with cooldown periods between views. Attempting to circumvent these limits through abuse or automation is prohibited.
3.3 Ad Fraud
We employ security measures to detect and prevent ad fraud. Excessive or suspicious ad interaction patterns may trigger protective measures, including temporary restrictions on ad rewards.
4. EU/EEA Advertising Consent
4.1 Consent Requirement
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we are required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive to obtain your explicit consent before serving personalized advertisements. 5. User Conduct
By using the App, you agree not to:
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the App
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
- Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage (please report them instead)
- Circumvent ad protection or frequency limits
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
6. Progression System
6.1 Worlds and Levels
The App features a progression system with multiple worlds and levels. Each level has specific requirements (spins completed, coins earned) that must be met to advance.
6.2 Mission Costs
Advancing to new levels may require spending virtual coins as a mission cost. These costs are displayed before you confirm advancement and are non-refundable once deducted.
6.3 Passive Income
As you progress, you may earn passive income (coins per spin) that increases with higher levels. These rates are subject to adjustment for game balance.

8. Account and Data
8.1 Anonymous Accounts
Your game progress is tied to an anonymous Firebase account created automatically. Linking a Google account is optional and provides account recovery capabilities.
8.2 Data Loss
While we make reasonable efforts to back up your data, we cannot guarantee against data loss. We are not liable for lost progress, coins, or game data due to technical failures, device changes, or uninstallation.
8.3 Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in ad fraud, or exhibit behavior that negatively impacts other users or our services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KWESTEO (PTY) LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF VIRTUAL CURRENCY, OR INTERRUPTION OF GAMEPLAY.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through in-app notifications.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
